The Next Step Mentorship Program (NSMP) is a two-month mentorship and capacity-building initiative by designed to equip young people with the skills, mindset, and networks needed to thrive in their careers, leadership journeys, and entrepreneurial ventures.
Running from August to September 2026, NSMP offers two specialized pathways:
LEAD Pathway – Focused on leadership development, career readiness, professional growth, and personal effectiveness.
VENTURE Pathway – Focused on entrepreneurship, business development, innovation, and venture growth.
Through expert-led sessions, mentorship, book reviews, peer learning, and practical assignments, participants will gain valuable insights, develop actionable growth plans, and connect with professionals and industry leaders committed to their success.
