School Outreach Program (SCOP) is a career development and future-readiness initiative that equips learners in Upper Primary, and secondary school with the knowledge, skills, and exposure needed to make informed academic and career decisions. Through career awareness sessions, mindset development, leadership training, workplace-readiness programs, and mentorship, SCOP bridges the gap between classroom learning and real-world opportunities. The program partners with schools to prepare learners not only for academic success but also for higher education, employment, entrepreneurship, and lifelong personal growth.
